Some educators have reported a problem with successfully adding extended time to student tests during live proctoring. 

Our team is actively investigating. 

For students for whom it is known ahead of time that extended time will be required (for example, as per an IEP) educators can add this additional time before testing starts from each student’s Student Portfolio Page. 

Extended time can also be added on each student’s Student Portfolio Page once the time on a test clock has run out.

This issue has been resolved.
