Signing up for a Riverside Insights purchasing account is easy to do. Additionally, new users may need to go through a verification process via a Test Purchaser Qualification Form.
Signing up for a Riverside Insights purchasing account.
- Navigate your way to RiversideInsights.com and, on the upper right of the browser, select Sign In
- From the Login Portal select the Digital Storefront tab, then select the Access Storefront button
- Select Create Account under New Customer?
- If you have purchased from Riverside Insights® before via other methods, you can check your eligibility instantly and your e-commerce account will be activated. Enter your E-Mail address in the field provided and select Check Eligibility.
- If after several attempts you are unable to verify your eligibility, you may need to create a new account. To proceed from the Check Eligibility page, simply select where it says click here
If an account is found, you will receive an email with further instructions on resetting your password for access.
