Issue
- You have attended a training seminar and have not received your completion certificate
Resolution
- Check your SPAM/Junk folder for the email, “Thank you for attending training”
- Check your SPAM/Junk folder for an email from CustomerCare@gotowebinar.com and ProfessionalLearning@RiversideInsights.com
- Email us at professionallearning@riversideinsights.com and we will assist you in obtaining your certificate!
