Issue

• Unable to add an examiner in Battelle Developmental Inventory 3rd edition (BDI-3™).  I'm getting the message, "email already in use."

Resolution

• Users being added to BDI-3™ that already have an existing WJIV user account still need to be added with a secondary email address. If an Admin or Account Holder attempts to add the BDI-3™ user with an address currently being used in WJIV, they will receive the message: "email already in use."

Note: This applies to instances where the organization has two separate accounts (e.g., one Riverside Score account for WJ IV or WMLS III, and another for BDI-3) rather than both products on the same account.
