Entering a value outside of the range is the most common reason for scores not being accepted. When entering scores, each field has DIRECTIONS that indicate what the accepted range is for that field. If you enter a value outside of this range, the value will be rejected and an error will appear indicating the issue. 

In the sample below we can see that there is a range of 0-42 when we click in the score box for Number Series. You will receive an error message if you enter a value outside of the accepted range.
