Clinical assessments are categorized into three qualification levels: Low, Medium, and High.
*Note that the BDI-3 Suite of Assessments fall under the "Low" Qualification Level.
Because professional titles, roles, and responsibilities vary across jurisdictions (even within school districts themselves) it is impossible to equate competency to professional titles.
As such, the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing suggest that it is the responsibility of each school district to determine who, under its aegis, is qualified to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
Although Riverside Insights provides recommended qualifications based on standards, the school district and/or overseeing organization has the formal authority in that service setting to decide who can and cannot administer clinical assessments.
