You can assign Primary and Data Contacts for your testing platform. Assigning your contacts ensures that important communication reaches the right people. 

Platform

DataManager, eCBM District

Primary Contact

This is the person who will receive important information about training and testing information leading up to the testing date. This person is usually the Account Holder of the platform and typically has administrative access to the entire educational district. 

Data Contact or Primary IT

This is the person who is responsible for setting up the rostering. They are responsible for ensuring the student, staff and location data in the platform is correct. The person in this role is typically responsible for managing and syncing data with an SIS or similar process where they are responsible for the data in the testing platform.
